High energy and fun, this class is a great form of exercise. You’ll learn jumps, turns, combinations and routines, for a great workout that is incredibly fun and rewarding.  Students will also learn proper stretching techniques to enhance strength and flexibility.

Whether you take the class for fun and fitness, or to share your new skills with someone special, chair dancing will challenge you in ways no other class can. You’ll master some sizzling moves you can do with any standard chair, while getting a wicked workout. Appropriate for all fitness levels and body types. This class is designed to teach coordination, strength, agility and endurance. Classes will focus on learning popular street dance techniques as well as dance combinations and choreography.

Empower yourself in this energetic cardio, strength, and flexibility class. A variety of dance and fitness techniques combine to create a workout that’s as fun as it is challenging. The dynamic flexibility portion of the class will increase range of motion, relax the mind, and improve recovery. Fitted workout attire and clean sneakers recommended.
