Burlesque Body Workout
Get in shape and sculpt your body into a lean dancers’ physique that will have you wanting to show off a lot more skin! In this high-energy workout class, you will tone your entire body using a variety of dance and fitness techniques. Combining burlesque-inspired dance moves, low impact fitness, conditioning, and stretch, this class transforms your body to feel stronger and leaner. Fitted workout attire and clean sneakers are suggested.

Hip Hop
This intro to basic hip hop is a great way to stay in shape! Great music and a fun & friendly atmosphere will inspire & motivate you toward success. Improve core strength, thighs hips & glutes as you learn new moves each week. Athletic shorts or pants, loose fitting t-shirt, and clean sneakers suggested.

Yoga Stretch
Yoga Stretch is an active stretching class that aims to release those tight muscles that can cause imbalance and pull the body out of alignment. This class begins with warm-up movements to build heat and prepare the muscles to for stretching. Many poses are done on the floor and held for 1-2 minutes. Holding poses for longer periods of time and focusing on breath gives the body time to fully relax and open.
