All That Jazz
High energy and fun, this class is a great form of exercise. You’ll learn jumps, turns, combinations and routines, for a great workout that is incredibly fun and rewarding. Students will also learn proper stretching techniques to enhance strength and flexibility. 
Booty Camp
Get that rear into gear! Your clothes will fit you better, you will feel better and others will notice the difference, too.
Burlesque Body Workout
Get in shape and sculpt your body into a lean dancers’ physique that will have you wanting to show off a lot more skin! In this high-energy workout class, you will tone your entire body using a variety of dance and fitness techniques. Combining burlesque-inspired dance moves, low impact fitness, conditioning, and stretch, this class transforms your body to feel stronger and leaner. Fitted workout attire and clean sneakers are suggested.
Burlesque Dance
Burlesque Dance is an empowering experience with a focus on self expression and body positivity. Whether you’re interested in becoming a performer or just want to gain confidence in yourself and your body, this is a great way to start. Come in with an open mind and be ready to work! Heels and tight-fitting clothing encouraged but not required.
Classic Tap
Hoof it like a chorus girl! Learn the basics of tap while burning calories and improving focus & coordination. You’ll be time-steppin’ in no time! Tap shoes or sturdy heels with an ankle strap are encouraged.
Hip Hop
This intro to basic hip hop is a great way to stay in shape! Great music and a fun & friendly atmosphere will inspire & motivate you toward success. Improve core strength, thighs hips & glutes as you learn new moves each week. Athletic shorts or pants, loose fitting t-shirt, and clean sneakers suggested.  
Pilates Mat
Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. ... Pilates mat is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
Heels Dance
This dance class provides women proper training to dance in heels, led in a safe environment by an experienced instructor. Let your hair down and strut your way to a more confident you.
